Sexual Assault Awareness Month

This guide has been created in connection with Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The goal of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) is to "raise public awareness about sexual violence and to educate communities on how to prevent it" (National Sexual Violence Resource Center). In this guide you can find local and library resources for those experiencing or researching sexual assault or domestic violence.  

DVC Student Code of Conduct

The DVC Student Code of Conduct prohibits: "Rape, date rape, sexual harassment, sexual violence, sexual assault, or threat of an assault upon a student or member of the college community on District property, or at a college or District-sponsored or supervised function."
